At Compassion Family Medicine (CFM) we have added some exciting new medical services that we are offering to our patients! We are a Family Medicine, Direct Primary Care (DPC), and Concierge Medicine (CM) clinic. We strive to offer accessible, affordable, excellent family medicine/primary care medical services such as chronic disease management, acute sick visits, adult and pediatric annual physical exams and wellness visits, telemedicine, and more (see the “Services” tab in the main menu above).
Recently we have added new medical services and they are listed in this paragraph as well as in the footer (bottom) of our website under the “Special Services” heading (see below). In addition to our usual Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Concierge Medicine (CM) services, we are now offering weight loss therapy, joint injections, B12 shots and vitamin therapy, hormone therapy (such as Testosterone), steroid allergy shots, sleep therapy, and more!
Of note, we are offering the weight loss therapy program to primary care membership patients and non-membership patients. Non-membership patients or non-primary care patients can sign up for the weight loss program through a separate, special weight loss membership or track.
