At Compassion Family Medicine (CFM) we offer weight loss therapy and we look forward to helping you! We offer certain injectable and oral weight loss medications as well as diet, nutrition, and exercise counseling.
We also give unique tips about understanding weight loss goals versus systems (lifestyle changes), and other practical and psychological approaches for weight loss success.
Some call this approach “medical weight loss.” Here at CFM this will be done under the direction and discretion of our physician, Dr. Nevin White.
The medications we offer as potential prescriptions for weight loss and management come in two forms – injectable or oral.
The injectable medication options include Semaglutide (Ozempic), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), or Methionine Inositol Choline (MIC) (Liposlim) injections. The oral medication options include phentermine, phentermine + topiramate, and a number of other options.
The cost for Weight Loss Therapy at our clinic is an additional $25 per month for Compassion Family Medicine membership patients.
You can enroll in our Weight Loss Therapy Program as an add-on (in addition) to our Direct Primary Care (DPC), family medicine memberships if you desire. This option or service or program is for our DPC membership patients only.
